Attention All Interested Sub-Contractors!

HAJ is preparing to build phase III of Liberty Meadows and wants to ensure all contractors are aware and have preparation time to ready their bid-proposals to the General Contractor. We will conduct a brief training on how contractors must comply and can receive Section 3 Preference in line with Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968.

Pre-Bid Shall Include:

• Project Overview and schedule

• How to complete the Section 3 forms

• Information on HAJ’s Resident Employment Skills Program as part of the project

Who Should Attend?

• Firms/Individuals interested in bidding for subcontracts on the project

• Firms/Individuals with current HAJ contracts
