Phillip Murray Homes The Conventional Public Housing Program consists of 989 rental units located on seven (7) housing developments scattered throughout the City of Joliet. The rental units are owned and operated by the Housing Authority of Joliet and are available for families, senior citizens, and individuals with disabilities.

Of the 989 rental units managed by the Housing Authority of Joliet, 302 units are reserved for families and 687 are reserved for elderly or near-elderly individuals or couples and for individuals with disabilities.
